“In times of turmoil the danger lies not in the turmoil but in facing it with yesterday’s logic” Peter Drucker
Business leaders are aware of the need to adjust their ‘business as usual’ models in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the climate and ecological crisis. Coaching, like all other service professions, is now asking itself what is needed for the profession to be ready for the future. Are we asking the right questions? How can we have a greater impact in response to what the world needs. Jackie Arnold and Lydia Stevens are offering a climate and biodiversity coaching course to deepen the multiple contributions coaching offers the word today and for future generations.

PARTICIPANT REVIEWS
Feel safer to bring climate and biodiversity into coaching conversations using models such as Neil’s Wheel. Use of positive psychology
Gained in confidence – living with nature and coming from the heart. Gained tools and models and knowledge from the facilitators and the group to share.
Learnt a lot from the participants – reminded me its not just about the doing but also focusing and reflecting on key aspects. Keeping in touch with this diverse group.
Thank you for the knowledge of this group. The diversity, awareness and focus on self-care, compassion and gratitude. Looking within as well as outside oneself with different perspectives and embodying it.
Inspiring, I’m emotionally calmer as a result of the course. Liked Neil’s Wheel and the question “What would nature advise you?” Inspired to create my own models and methods to take forward.
Finding clarity and widening my horizons. Reflection time needed for all the information to sink in. perhaps to deepen with the group as we go forward.
Loved the range of participants and the use of a variety of technical methods on zoom (MIRO etc) Bringing our creativity in journaling and reflection. Would like to focus on practical actions.
