PROCESS AND TIME COMMITMENT
The course offers a blend of live sessions, self-study, reflection and co-coaching with course buddies. We recommend you allocate around 1 hour before and after each module for self-study.
The course requires 13.5 hours of live sessions with course facilitators which are spread over four sessions lasting 4 hours each of modules 1-3 and then 1.5 hours for the final session.
The course has a workbook to support your self-study with exercises and resource links. We recommend keeping a journal handy throughout the course to jot down your own learning and reflection.
Co-coaching with a course buddy to help reflective practice, learning and accountability throughout the course.
