Lydia Stevens will take you through the basics of walking and talking in nature when coaching. This will include tips and tricks such as:

• how to contract
• the use of metaphors, 
• how to work out a suitable route and ensure safety
• how to close the conversation with reflection and next steps. 

Groups of 4 coaches for one hour in your local park or natural area [on zoom without video]. Book now £150 per person per session. You will be encouraged to form buddy pairs to practise with each other after the session.
